Bid for House Demolition The Village of Waverly is seeking sealed bids for the demolition of a house at 458 Waverly Street, Waverly, NY. Bids will be received up to 4:00 p.m. on February 11, 2025, and should be labeled as “Bid-House Demo”. Bids will be opened during the Waverly Trustees’ Meeting on the same evening at 6:30 p.m., at the address below. Bids may be mailed or delivered to the clerk at: Waverly Village Hall ATTN: Michele Wood 32 Ithaca Street Waverly, NY 14892 The specifications can be obtained from the Village of Waverly website at www.villageofwaverly.com. Bids must be in accordance with the NYS Department of Labor requirements. Contractor must be on the data registry with the State of New York to work on municipal projects.
