Waverly NY is located on the NY - PA border between the Finger Lakes of New York State and Endless Mountains of Pennsylvania, in Tioga County NY, near Athens & Sayre PA. The Village of Waverly has a rich history from the early Indian Villages to the booming growth of the 19th century railroads, with the Erie Railroad opening in 1849, and the industrial expansion of America to present day.
